BOOKING CONDITIONS
- Total tariff payable on arrival & credit card security required prior to check in
- Check in is after 2pm, check out before 10am
- Low season cancellations with more than 30 days notice – 10% deposit is non-refundable.
- Low season cancellations within 30 days of arrival, but more than 48 hours notice – 50% fee
- High/Peak season cancellations with more than 48 hours notice prior to arrival – 50% deposit is non-refundable
- Any season non arrivals, cancellation within 48 hours or early departure – full rate of entire stay will be charged
- $20 administration fee applies to changes/cancellations to any confirmed booking.
- Payments will be accepted by Visa, MasterCard, Eftpos and cash
- Bringing more people than your confirmation letter states (including babies and children) may result in additional charges or cancellation of your booking, cancellation policy still applies.
- We do not accept pets under any circumstances. Bringing your pet may result in additional cleaning fees and/or your booking being forfeited or cancelled, booking conditions will still apply.
- The management will not be liable for damage or loss of property.
- The management reserves the right to remove or refuse entry to any person.
- Special requests and cabin selections will be granted where possible, but can not be guaranteed and depend on the bedding requirements of other bookings.
